Refund Policy

1. There is no registration fee. For subscribed users, no refund will be made under any circumstances after subscribing to a particular Test Series Package except in case of cancellation of the package by Infinite Edutech Solutions. In case of cancellation of the package, the refund amount will be done based on as per pro-data calculations.

2. In cases, where the payment transaction is failed but amount is deducted from subscriber account; then subscriber has to communicate such cases with transaction ID details to us through Contact page or send email to [email protected]. After verifying the transaction details, we will either refund or activate subscription (upon request) within a stipulated maximum 14 calendar days.
